Rockwell mines has finalized all necessary payment fees and requirements to begin operating on the 200 block sites. These sites are in two different provinces close to the South African boarder. We are currently working towards contracting OmniEM as early as July. The 49% shares are in process to be transferred to the established BVI Rockwell International Resources. Steps are being taken to finalize the corporate structure and establish banking in Mauritius.
Administration Report
The Rockwell Mine project is moving forward. After securing our licenses and full site rights we are ready to begin our geological studies in order to map the entire site and identify potential mining areas. During our latest trip to Zimbabwe, we hired Dr Shoko, who sits on the Board Directors at the Ministry of Mining and Resources in Harare, a very competent person who will leading our field geology team added by METC and OmniEM. Our focus is to complete the go-no-go and concept report before the end of the year. In order for this work to take place we will be commission Francis to travel to Zimbabwe to participate in the field work with Dr. Shoko and OmniEM. The first step in this process will require us to lay the ground work in the community over the next few weeks. Contracts between Rockwell and OmniEM are expected to be signed in July leading to the start of the go-nogo report. We are very excited about the future of this project and expect to increase the value to our shareholders at the end of phase 1 and 1.1. Phase II funding will begin at the conclusion of the concept geological report. The current price of gold makes this an ideal time to push as quickly as possible towards production..
